Troubleshooting
TIP
Set Quiet hours to match your non-working hours so you are not disturbed by Teams notifications during evenings and weekends. You can still manually check the app when needed.
| Symptom / Error | Potential Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cannot sign in to Teams mobile | Company requires device enrollment | Ask IT whether your phone has to be enrolled before Teams will sign in, and to send you the enrolment steps for your device — the process differs for iPhone and Android. |
| Audio does not work in meetings | Microphone permissions not granted | Go to your phone's Settings > Teams > Permissions and enable Microphone access. |
| Notifications are not appearing | Battery optimisation or Do Not Disturb | Disable battery optimisation for Teams and ensure Do Not Disturb mode is off. |
