Instructions

1. Install the Outlook App

Download and install from your device's app store.

  1. Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Search for Microsoft Outlook.
  3. Tap Install (or Get) to download the app.
  4. Wait for the installation to complete, then tap Open.

2. Add Your Microsoft 365 Account

Sign in to access your work email and calendar.

  1. Open the Outlook app.
  2. Tap Add Account (shown on first launch, or go to Settings > Add email account).
  3. Enter your work email address and tap Continue.
  4. Enter your password when prompted.
  5. Complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) if required (e.g., approve a push notification or enter a code).
