Instructions ​

1. Disable "Ignore other applications that use DDE" ​

  1. Open a blank Excel workbook.
  2. Click File in the top left corner, then click Options at the bottom left.
  3. In the Excel Options menu, click Advanced on the left side.
  4. Scroll down to the General section (near the bottom).
  5. Uncheck the box that says Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE).
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close Excel entirely and try opening your file again.

2. Disable Hardware Graphics Acceleration ​
