Instructions ​

1. Force Close and Reopen Teams ​

End the app completely and restart it.

  2. Android: Tap the Recent Apps button (square icon). Find Teams and swipe it away, or tap Clear All.

  1. iPhone: Open the App Store, search for Microsoft Teams, and tap Update (if available).

  3. If no update is available, your app is already current. Proceed to the next step.

4. Check Available Storage ​

Teams may crash if your phone is running low on storage.

  1. iPhone: Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage. If available space is under 1 GB, free up space.
  2. Android: Go to Settings > Storage. If available space is under 1 GB, free up space.
  3. Delete unused apps, old photos, or offline content to free up space.
